01PROJECT INPUTSProject and water plant data
The file includes the project location, activity, water source, analysis, sample date, average and Peak demand flow, hours of operation, and the quality required for each use. The condition of tanks, electricity, drainage, space, ventilation, equipment entry paths, and any expected expansions are added. The existing plants include pictures of data plates, diagrams, readings, breakdown history, washing and changing consumables.
Assumptions appear next to missing data with their impact on capacity and price, and it is specified that a new sample or field measurement is required before approval. Thus, assumptions do not turn into a hidden commitment after implementation begins, and equipment is not purchased based on outdated analysis or a load that does not represent the true Peak demand.
02TECHNICAL OFFERTechnical and commercial scope of supply
The file displays the design basis, treatment stages, water balance, net production, recovery rate, backwash and concentrate flow, energy consumption, and chemicals. The list of equipment appears by brand, model, material, pressure, power, and accessories, separating the original specification from any alternative. The presentation also explains which civil and electrical works, pipes, tanks, drainage, and connection points are included or excluded.
Prices are related to quantities, implementation period, payment terms, warranty, training, documents, and spare parts, and the effect of changing capacity, quality, or material appears in a separate item. This wording prevents comparing an entire plant to an equipment offer alone, and gives procurement and the consultant a uniform basis for approval and negotiation.
03ACCEPTANCE & SUPPORTAcceptance testing, delivery, and support
The service file specifies the test location and duration, feed water condition, measuring devices, and acceptance limits for flow, quality, pressure, leakage, and protections. The results of the initial operation, doses, pressures, differential pressure, conductivity, and energy consumption are documented so that the starting values become a reference for maintenance. Pump stops, tanks drop, and quality out of bounds are also tested.
The delivery includes final drawings, operation manual, maintenance program, list of consumables and critical parts, equipment certificates, and training records. The warranty period is separated from the maintenance contract, response time and emergency support, so the site team knows what the supplier covers and what needs a separate service order.
A clear scope of service before contractingThe business value of Green Life services is not the consolidation of many items into a single offering, but rather closing the interfaces that cause delay and additional cost. When starting data, supply and installation responsibilities, connection points and acceptance tests are documented, the contracting decision becomes faster and implementation follow-up becomes measurable. If the client chooses a separate service such as analysis, design or maintenance, its deliverables are delivered in a format that allows the next stage to begin without reworking from scratch.
